I was riding my motorbike down the road and saw “Wang Sai”. It seemed like a cool name and there is a waterfall nearby so I thought, “cool, I’ll take this side road and see where it ends”. aaaaaand PARADISE. Walking down the beach I spotted a wooden structure so had a Thai Oil massage right on the beach. The air is of course, WARM and HUMID but with the breeze, in the shade it’s what I refer to as perfect.
I had one of the best massages I’ve had in a while. The woman was very strong. Plus, the tigerbalm ALWAYS helps the tough “knot”-ish muscles in my shoulders. Thank you!!!
Next, walk back to the parking lot, I saw a beach bungalow. “Hmmmm. I bet that is expensive.. I’ll ask though”, I thought. So I won’t into the restaurant that is also the reception area a d had so e pineapple fried rice with chicken and a mango smoothie (180 baht ~$5.75 = awesome.
Then, asked to look at the Bungalow closest to the beach. Perfect for me. 700 Baht cash. DONE!!!
Booking.com tells me this is normally ~7,000 baht/night. Will, I dont necessary believe that BUT I’d bet during high season it’s probably 3,000.
I’m happy.
