I had a very close friend transition to the “next” stage this morning. A friend that I laughed with so much that I KNOW I had a Much better life from knowing her.
When friends or family members pass away in their late 80’s, many times the statement of “they had a good run” applies. For this friend it’s closer to “SHE HAD AN AWESOME RUN”!!!
So, as I was sitting at a beach on an ocean of considerable beauty, I smiled and thought of so many times she and I had some of the best times together.
