After an awesome walk to the north end of Kamala Beach, Gracie was sitting on a tree and I was on a favorite rock of mine. The same rock where I sat for a similarly long period of time, reflecting on all the wonderful things I have in my life about 7 years ago during my first trip to Phuket, my first trip to Kamala and my first walk on this beach.
On this morning, I thought about many of the things that have happened to me, and that I have been able to experience in those last 7 years. For the most part, the “plans” that I made really never came true BUT SOOOO MANY BETTER SCENARIOS HAVE PLAYED OUT!!!! And, here I am, now, LIVING in Thailand AND able to go to beautiful beaches with my beautiful bride.
A mild gratitude attack was VERY welcomed :–)

Gratefully, Gracie was willing to sit through the boredom of the 15 Day Quarantine of ASQ in Bangkok and we are not able to enjoy our lives, Frockling about the sand and surf of the MANY beaches in Thailand. First stop: Kamala Beach on the west side of Thailand’s biggest island: Phuket. On this morning is was pretty close to Full Low tide so the walking was great. The little bit of drizzle and cloud cover allowed us to keep cool from the March/April sun.
So, Happy Wednesday from this side of the world. We hope wherever you are you’re safe, happy and LIVING THE DREAM!
